The following series of cartoons reflects the political activities of the Vietnamese community in USA, particularly dealing with a lot of concerned issues in Little Saigon. If you didn't reside in that area, you properly wouldn't perceive the meaning and messages of some of the cartoons. But enjoy the cartoons anyway.
