WELCOME TO THE "CYBERSPACE-MUSEUM" OF WARSAW PACK'S CAPTURED WEAPONS
You are visiting the 2nd part of "Confiscated From Battles" presentation, where you can view most of communist Warsaw Pack's weaponry hardware that was provided to the Vietnamese communists during the Vietnam war and "Cold-War." After viewing these war equipments, you will realize that the Vietnamese communist fire power was so overwhelming, far beyond ARVN's weaponry capacity. For men armed with basic Garrant M1s, Carbines, and later with M-16, in order to defeat enemies equipped with much better war tools it required great determination and courage as the ARVN troops had proved in almost every battle. Until after 1973 when they were cut back of their vital military logistics. Missing in this exhibition is some more advanced weapons such as SA-7 missile (Surface to Air). For photos of assorted communist tanks captured, check at this BATTLE OF ANLOC story.
This "cyberspace-exhibition" was remotely possible thanks to the courtesy of D.T.Vu's rich photo collection. At this point the guy is no more a photo collector, he has been "upgraded" to..."cyberspace museum curator". Thanks buddy for the educational photos of vietnam war; seeing is learning and believing! More photos will be added when available. Please come back to visit the "museum" at your leisure time, it's free admission! :0)
